I already have a cloud distribution for the domain I’m creating the cloud-front distribution for. but in order for this error to be thrown the current cloud-front distribution i’m creating must be different in some way. if it was exactly the same, I don’t believe it would throw this error. it would simple see it was there and keep it moving.
I realized I was changing one value without changing the other. it was creating a cloudformation distribution for the test-ev-aws-cloud-rd stack for the same resource as the one I already had created
